Q.: What are your business hours?
A.: We work 7 days a week, 9AM to 9PM.
Q.: How many days notice do I need to give when booking a collection?
A.: As we have extensive business hours we can often carry out a rubbish or junk or house clearance on the
same day or evening or night. However, sometimes it gets very busy and we cannot book
anymore rubbish or junk collections for that day. If you have a specific time and date in mind for a collection, then please
try and book as early as you can. That way you will have the greatest chance of acquiring your preferred day and time slot.
Q.: What happens to my junk?
A.: Whatever can be
recycled will
be. The rest will go into one of landfill sites in the UK. We recycle all we can (including giving good-quality furniture, clothes and other items to various charities) because as well as being environmentally friendly, it is also cheaper for us.
Q.: Can you dispose of asbestos?
A.: No. We are not licensed for the disposal of asbestos. For more in formation on asbestos and safety,

Q.: What are your rates?
A.: We have very competitive rates. Our charges start at just
£20 for the disposal of small single items locally. All our rates include all Waste Transfer Station charges.
